Under the supervision of CEB the MV Glen Sannox ferry has undergone a set of acceptance sea trials during the last week from Tuesday to Thursday at the Ferguson marine shipyard in Port Glascow.
the sea trials tested the following of the ship’s attributes:
- steering
- manoeuvring
- speed
- stopping
- thrusters
- noise
- vibration
In addition to testing the Unmanned Machinery Space (UMS) and endurance as well as fully resolving the fire & gas detection system setup and carrying out two more LNG bunkerings.
