Consulting Engineering Bureau Universal UK branch supervised the first phase of sea trials for the MV Glen Sannox that ended on Friday 5th of April 2024.

Trials were conducted in the area spanning from the south of Skelmorlie Bank to the north of Great Cumbrae Island in the Firth of Clyde.

During the period from 4th to 5th of April, the vessel had undergone a several strict test by overseen by Lloyds Register. The purpose of these tests was to evaluate her performance and maneuvering capabilities as well as speed, stability and efficiency.

 The tests conducted included the main engines, generators, thrusters, engines full astern/fast stops and communications.
